I have dealt with Jim Edington for many years and have been happy with their service. A special shoutout to Kathi Homan! We came in 30 minutes prior to closing time and Kathi attended to our concerns with another client waiting after us (wife and I). I had two separate concerns for two cars and she managed to get our business done within 30 minutes without hurrying up and stayed to attend to her other client after closing office time. I am very impressed and will continue to do business with them for a long time!

I called for an inquiry on a Thursday evening , Friday morning I got a call from Jim to follow up on Emily's email with our quote that includes 4 cars and home insurance to cover
They made great recommendation and was able to beat our current policy by $900 savings in our favor, we were blown away
Monday we sealed the deal and got our policy going
Highly recommend if you are in the market for auto and/or homeowner insurance

I can't thank Kathy enough! I've been going through a annoying experience after being backed into and having that person lie and blame me to her insurance. Kathy has answered the phone both times I've called for help. I appreciate the understanding and patience she has for a person who is beyond upset and frustrated by the other insurance company. I was a little worried that there were no reviews about Jim Edington, State Farm agent but decided to give him a shot.
After two weeks of email communication and giving everything he needed to give me an auto quote for my two cars and three drivers, he finally gave me a number which was substantially lower than my current insurance.
I was surprised, but continued to ask him if he considered all of the information I gave him. He revised the number a couple of times but it still was very low. I also asked him if the number was the standard 6 month number or the yearly number; he assured me it was
