This place needs to be put out of business ASAP. Customer service is non existent. After placing an order and not receiving any kind of email or confirmation for several days I called multiple times trying to cancel my order. No one ever picked up. I left a voicemail and could never get a phone call returned. A week later they ship out my order that I had been trying to cancel. I still cannot get ahold of anyone to return my order. I contacted my credit card company about it as well and they have lied to the credit card company. I followed there rules and procedures to try and cancel an order.

I placed an order at the beginning of the month for supplements. Nothing happened for several weeks. I called to discover they didn't have the supplements and probably wouldn't get them in stock. They told me they'd refund me. 2 weeks later, they haven't refunded. They haven't responded to e-mails or to phone calls nor returned messages. I am now having to file claims to dispute the $63.00 charge they owe me for with different financial entities.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE I ordered Probiotic Synergy on 5/25 It is an expensive product that is temperature sensitive and has to be shipped with a cold pack. They shipped it USPS (not expedited) the product arrive with the cold pack there, not cold, not even warm, but HOT. The entire contents felt like it had been sitting in a very hot warehouse for a week. The prouct is not usable but now they will not answer calls, they wont return messages. I would rate -100 if it were possible

Absolute cluster with my sister's order from Amazon. They sent the wrong product. On April 16 she ordered herbal drops (photo clearly showed a dropper bottle); they sent tablets. She notified them immediately. Days later, they lied about when the reshipment went out. They sent it by the slowest and cheapest possible method (USPS) and it won't arrive til after May 1. Half a month to get one simple order done right!! Grade: F-
