I rented with Key for close to two years and everytime I had a maintenance issue (although very few) if I would call and tell them they would take care of it same day. And when I fell behind on my rent they would always work with me to help me avoid late fees. My experience with Key real estate has been very enjoyable. If only every real estate company was so good!
