Our story began in 2004 when we planted our roots in South Carolina by buying our first home. After a few years, we noticed a growing need for clean, affordable housing in safe areas. After seeing a few foreclosures in our neighborhood we decided to try our luck in real estate investing. Over time we purchased four houses on the same street where we lived and rented them to people who were in need of an affordable place to live.
We encountered many people interested in our homes -single families, elderly, disabled people, couples, people looking for low-income clean properties, and students. Understanding the community's needs, we started our own property management company, Real Property Management LLC. Apart from managing our properties, we also do property management for other Greenville and Spartanburg County investors.
