Services
Team Central was created to be a non-for-profit where we could become a national training center, host meets, and help all children-even those with developmental delays and physical challenges. Once you are registered, you will be enrolled into our AutoPay system to pay for your monthly classes. AutoPay will charge your credit card that is on file each month on the last business day of that month.
We formed as a not-for-profit 501(c) to make sure we were able to give every child the opportunity to participate in gymnastics, tumbling, and ninja training or competitive sports regardless of life status. Your support and contributions will enable us to meet our goals and improve conditions. Your generous donation will fund our mission to help give financial assistance to students!
At this level the gymnasts are learning the basics body positions, rolls, and beginning cartwheels and handstands on floor. Skills on the apparatus include proper vaulting approach technique, supports, hangs, and rolling on bars, basic walks, jumps, and balances on beam. This is the second level of the progressive girl's program.
The Philosophy behind our Ninja program is to encourage children to develop confidence, to become aware of their capabilities, and to strive to their potential. Once basic skills are met, they will work on more challenging drills and obstacle combinations. Many decide to try a competition at this level against their similar age peers.
Children are getting instructional gymnastics, basic motor skills, class room skills, and having fun while being physical. This class is full of laughs and learning, through both guided instruction as well as free time to explore. Our goal is to help the child become independent in the gym. Parents are encouraged to stay in the lobby, but are welcome to assist their child when needed.

I grew up at this gym. They always have been so kind and caring to every single person that walks into the gym. I love the sport so naturally I began working at my favorite place in the whole world. They treat me so good as an employee just as they did when I was a child. Truly a special place that I am lucky to call my second home ❤️

My grandson went here until just recent he really like but his last class another boy kicked him in the stomach and when he fell down the kid kicked him in the face in shock seeing this right in front of me I became very angry and may have said some things out of anger that I normally wouldn't and when I tried to talk to Sharon about this she lashed out at me and said we were responsible to and this was very disturbing to me so we will no longer be part of this program
