We feel the Gymnastics Express bus is a unique and innovative way to teach gymnastics to preschoolers. What we do is drive the school bus to the daycare center, march the children out into the bus and have a half hour gymnastics class right inside the bus. Our program is designed for those children between the ages of 18 months through 6 years.
We can accommodate up to 10 children per class in the bus. If there are more than 10 children at the daycare enrolled in classes, we will hold additional sessions. Gymnastics Express is a very large school bus which has been totally remodeled inside. All of the bus seats have been removed. This gives us an area to teach gymnastics class that is 7 feet wide and 28 feet long.

Services
The "Gymnastics Express" holds an annual performance each spring for the children to perform on selected pieces of equipment in front of family and friends and demonstrate what they have learned throughout the school year. The performance will take place at an area gymnasium where the children will receive a t-shirt and trophy.

My 11 year old has been on the boys team for two seasons, his skills and confidence have improved tremendously. It is a nice group of boys and the staff is very responsive whenever an issue (which as been rare) arises and is brought to their attention. Coaching staff are fantastic. Meets are all fairly local which is nice. We would highly recommend you give them a try!

At my daughters state meet in MA 2018 and the gym express girls were making fun of my daughter and her friend. She was so upset and wanted to hit them in the face but she didn’t because she is a good person. When she got home she cried for 3 days and taped a picture of the girls face to a wall and kicked it. Her depression was cured after 6 months and doesn’t want to speak to see the gym express girls ever again.
