Services
ATLANTIC PACK & PARCEL is an Authorized Shipper yet independently owned and operated pack and ship and business services center located in Indialantic, FL. We are proud supporters of our community and continue to be dedicated to our beachside customers. Copy Cat joined the staff in 2012 having been rescued and ever since she has been checking in drop offs, greeting customers and making herself right at home at Atlantic Pack and Parcel.
Do you know if you have a prepaid label, in most cases we can accept the package from you. However, we are prohibited from accepting items that may be considered dangerous, hazardous or infectious. We accept Prepaid UPS and FedEx packages when returning an online purchase or if you are just shipping on someone's account.
Here is the process of how to do a return so that we CAN accept your Amazon return - we cannot process the QRC Codes only a label with a bar code. If you are not able to work thru this process you can always call Amazon - 1 (888) 280-4331 - and ask them to email you a bar code return label. We want to help BUT we cannot given the changes made by Amazon, HOWEVER, with the right bar code label:.

Finding a Notary Public need not be a challenge - a State of Florida Notary professional is on staff at all times who will handle your sensitive documents quickly, accurately and according to legal requirements. If you require witnesses for your documentation, we can not always provide witnesses and we have a witness fee, we recommend you provide for your own witnesses.

First time shipping out of Atlantic Pack & Parcel and I was so tickled by how unexpectedly sweet the place is - large and airy, with a cool fish tank and friendly cats to greet you when you arrive! Aside from the amenities, the service provided by the welcoming staff was really nice - the gentleman at the counter was super efficient and informative, the prices were fair. I would highly recommend their services if you're in the area and need somewhere to ship out your packages!

My wife and I had to ship several tablecloths to an event center after some of our volunteers packed them up as our own. The owner was extremely kind and, as my wife was running a little late with the tablecloths and closing time was approaching, she assured me that she would stay open later to make sure that we were taken care of. She even gave us a discount as first-time customers. Thank you for your personable and excellent service!

I had to send very time sensitive documents over night via FedEx and found Scott and the team to be extremely helpful! I brought the package in and the envelope was a little beat up, Scott said let's change this out just to make sure your documents arrive safely. Looking around the room I noticed all the movie memorabilia, especially the Back to the Future items, Scott and I talked a little BttF trivia and he even presented me with a little keepsake BttF item. These guys care about their customers, personalize your experience and work hard to ensure your package arrives exactly as expected! Please

These guys are the best - especially Scott ('my name is in every bathroom' haha) who took care of shipping my boxes this past Monday. He was having problems with the computer and needed to restart it, he didn't want me to have to wait around so estimated what the package may cost and sent me on my way, then texted me the tracking numbers and also called me when the packages were delivered. Beyond wonderful service! As Scott says 'we all share this big marble together' - made my Monday!

Really cannot thank or praise these guys enough for helping to ship our family treasures to me. As hard as it was to divide and settle on the many things my mother and father had left us, Atlantic Pack and Parcel made getting it to New York so easy. Special care in packing, options given for delivery, and careful and cheerful communications as to choices and status. Everything, including many very fragile antiques and art, arrived in perfect shape. Prices were most reasonable. I highly recommend them.

Amazing staff that are friendly, helpful, and honest. They make sure you're getting the best deal and will go out of their way to make sure you get the best possible shipping experience that fits your needs. Can't recommend them enough, they were a huge help when I needed to ship things for eBay and I was just not sure what the best options were. If you need something packed or shipped, go here! Also, as a bonus there are two cats that live in store XD!
