I used this company twice. I had my car shipped from Kansas City MO to Orlando FL. This experience was very much to my liking. Well, when I decided to move back to KC, I of course called them back. Set up the contract, gave dates and thought all was fine. My car was supposed to be picked up on Monday and arrive in KC on Wednesday. I received a call from the driver telling me I needed to have someone drive my car to him. Oh My that's not what I paid for. So I called the company that took money out of my account. They said we'll call you back which they did and told me the driver could get on the

I am in the Army and used National Transport to deliver my wife's vehicle during a change of station move. It was the worst customer service experience I have ever had, the company delivered my vehicle to the wrong destination and it was put in storage. National Transport LLC refunded my money but left me to deal with the bills they owed the carrier. To get my wife's vehicle out of storage and delivered to the right address cost me $650 more than the original price and caused tons of stress for my family during a move. Real customer service! Knowledgeable, always available, fair price and outstanding service shipping my car from New York to Florida. I talked with other companies, they treated me like I was bothering them. Amazing Service! I got my car transported from Michigan to Atlanta, GA and not only did Scott get my car to my destination in one piece, he was nice enough to wait 2 HOURS, while I drove my U-Haul down to ATL. When I arrived I felt bad for having him wait, but he was totally cool about it and said it worked out for him to avoid traffic on his way to Savannah. I highly recommend this service and I will be using it in the future!

I contacted quite a few companies before I made my decision to go with National Transport. They weren't the cheapest option but in my mind they were the best. I got fair and accurate information from their team. They answered all my questions and ultimately my car was delivered in a timely manner without any issues or problems. After going through the process of finding a good shipper at a right price, I found out more about how this whole thing works. All of the calls I've got are from brokers. They quote you a price, take a deposit, and the rest will be given directly to the driver upon delivery. The deposit is what the broker makes, and the rest goes to the actual shipping company. The actual amount going to the shipper goes on this national board, where different shipping companies see, and the companies will decide who they choose. Higher the price, the better the chances are of being picked up early. I'm not sure
