These guys are great. Found them from a Google search to get an inspection done on a ‘83 cougar. We just bought the car so we figured there would be some stuff wrong with her. The two people we dealt with were thorough, informative, showed us exactly what was wrong, gave us tips for cheap and effective fixes. Honest, not trying to rip you off, thorough enough to save your life, and kind enough not to scalp you in costs. Best overall experience I’ve ever had with a garage.

Got my car inspected here this July (because they did a great job last year) and they gave it back saying it passed and nothing needed repair. I am beyond shocked. Normally, other places would find something so simple, like my windshield wiper needs replaced (even though I've just replaced it with a new pair), before they can pass it, or they'd give me my car back and a lug nut, or a few things would be missing. Not at Powell's! Bill was so kind and professional, I'd trust all my car repairs with him! Try them! You will not be disappointed! Oh, and to top it off, I even received a post card from

We've taken our car there for the past 2 years for inspection and emissions. The service is great! Their work is reliable. We needed a lot of work done last year and he worked with us on getting it done little by little. This year we didn't need anything extra done. It was quick and easy. Super friendly and excellent service! I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I've been having my vehicle serviced through Powell's since I began driving. Bill is an outstanding mechanic and I've never had an issue. His prices are fair and the service is top notch. He's even been kind of enough to drop me off at my house and pick me up after service was complete. I'd highly recommend the good people at Powell's to anyone in and around the area.
