These limited warranties apply only to parts and labor shown on your invoice - there may be other components in a system that are not covered. Parts: 6 months or 6,000 miles, whichever comes first. Labor: 6 months or 6,000 miles, whichever comes first. NOTE: Steering or suspension parts installed after the alignment void the limited warranty.

Refused (falsely) to perform inspection before emissions test. regulation prohibits a sticker without passing the emission test first but actually requires the option to do the safety inspection and find out the results prior to paying for an emission test. Further, the lady in the office told me they would just sell me a sticker for $200 cash. Then Frank upped that price to $250 cash by phone. So not only are they cheating people want to follow the rules, they are also breaking the rules by just selling stickers to people. No I did not buy a sticker that way.

I was to pick up my truck Saturday morning when I got the call that it was all finished up. I was next door at Eat N Park when I got the call at 11:00. I was at Mar Mac at 11:10. Mind you they close at 12:00 on Saturdays. The doors were locked and lights off. I called multiple times and even waited. Everyone was gone! How can they just call someone and say yea we close at 12:00 and dip out before that!? Never doing business with them again! I'm going to tell everyone I know not to go there either. They had nothing to say except well I wasn't here.

USED to send customers here until the owner got a attitude and cussed out my customer for asking about a emission test. Matter of fact, 2 customers he did that too. Told them they couldn't wait for their vehicle when they HAVE a waiting room?!?! Also they have a issue when it comes to doing a inspection when it comes to the procedures of waivers or most likely anything else they do down there from what I hear in town and see on the online reviews. Ohhh and the daughter has a "really nice mouth" on her as well. I wouldn't get anything from this place period

Our company recently had some work done here - due to the close proximity of where we were working. We later had to have some additional work done and took it to our local service station. We found out that the work we had paid considerable money for (nearly $2,000) had been done faulty. We called them to discuss with them, and they promptly hung up on us. Do not under any circumstances use this company - unless of course you like to spend good money for nothing!!

We dropped off our new car on a Friday to get inspected, they were closed a couple days due to the Holidays, but were still expected to have it finished by Tuesday. Wednesday came and they still haven't touched it.
In the course of our waiting for them to finally complete an inspection, the shop lost a woman's insurance card and registration (while overcharging her considerably by $200 for tires) and told a Police Officer that his Cruiser, which was supposed to be ready today, wouldn't be done until tomorrow.
Just to top it off, every other word is an F-Bomb... Literally, every
