Great service! Called Orsak Solutions for the first time when my laptop would not start up. Met with me within a half hour of my call, did detailed diagnostic. David had to disassemble the laptop to get at the system board, tested things along the way, explained to me what was happening each step of the way. Even though the laptop could not be easily repaired, I am very happy with the whole experience. Highly recommend them.

David came to our rescue within one hour! We had a complete unexpected computer crash & David did a house call, diagnosed the problem quickly and took our PC with him and returned it the following day completely fixed. Not only did he replace the hard drive, he updated it and it works faster than it ever has. He is now working on a second project, replacing our wireless router that has been completely in-efficient in spite of changing it out for the past 4 years multiple times. He is upgrading it to a better model and we are looking forward to non interrupted wi-fi service. We highly recommend

Orsak has worked on our PC and Laptop previously! Well pleased with their work, mannerism and price. Orsak Solutions is the only one we will carry our computer to for repairs! Have always been very pleased!
