Owner talks down to customers. Very snug and "superior" since you are the unskilled/unacknowledged person with the computer issue. Very difficult to communicate with. Again..very smug. He put a harddrive in my computer which was originally 900 gb. I was NOT informed and now have a hard drive with 465gb.

Tom was excellent. He took my computer, opened it up and immediately saw the issue. It wasnt what I had expected and he showed me what was wrong. He immediately ordered the part and cleaned up the chassis and screen, put it back together so I can use it till the part comes in. Fast, Smart, Easy, Reasonably priced. All in all a great experience.

Can't say enough good things about Tom and my experience at PC Crisis. He was prompt w/scheduling, extremely knowledgeable and effective, kept me posted with updates while my computer was being repaired and turnaround time was very quick. Tom at PC Crisis has been taking care of my computers since 2013, when the company was located in Cornelius. He has assisted me with Windows issues, backups, setup and data transfer to a new laptop, and most recently he handled a tedious and time consuming warranty repair through Dell. Tom is reliable and thorough, and provides updates throughout the repair process. He also takes the time to explain technical issues in a way that I can understand (which is NO easy task!). PC Crisis provides quality service at a reasonable price.

I have been taking my computers to Tom since 2010 and that alone should be indicative of the level of trust I have in him and the level of the proficiency of his work. Within those several years I’ve experienced numerous issues with my computers with lost data, back ups, malware, spyware, unwanted downloads and many others that I can't even explain. Being a small business keeping my computer functioning properly is paramount. My computer always comes back to me repaired, cleaned up and functioning better than ever. One thing that I appreciate the most is his explanation in detail of the issues

Have used Tom's services for many years; he knows everything about PCs, programs, etc. I take him problems and he understands the problem better than I do and quickly. Never leaves you hanging; gets on it right away. Pleasant always; never makes me feel like a dummy even though I am when it comes to computers. Easy to reach by phone. I don't know what I would do without him; I am always panic'd and helpless.

Tom's simply the BEST. That's not just from me, but from others I met in the "tech field" who happen to know him. After numerous visits (for varying reasons) Tom has always been able not to only Dx, but really find root-cause for my issues. I have nothing but 100% confidence in his knowledge and ability to navigate the insane ever changing platform upon which technology teeters. Simply put Tom is like a Doctor high integrity and professional. More importantly he really love what he does and is beyond any tech I have dealt with. Oh and he fair in price too. I consider myself an advance end user and have dealt with a lot techs -so honestly this was the best service experience - money well spent
