A thorough examination and diagnostic tests can determine the source of your arm/wrist/hand pain. Often the source is in your upper spine or neck. A herniated/ruptured disc could be the culprit, putting pressure on nerves and sending pain signals to the arm or hand. Stenosis (narrowing) of the spinal column in the neck or upper back may be responsible, as can a hairline fracture in the neck.
The amazing mobility of the shoulder can come with a price - painful dysfunction of the bony structures and surrounding soft tissue. Inflammatory conditions such as tendinitis, bursitis and arthritis can be at the root of persistent pain. The pain associated with frozen shoulder (adhesive capsulitis), swimmer's shoulder (impingement syndrome) and rotator cuff disorder can interfere with range of motion.

The professionalism of the staff is so AMAZING!!! I have a fear of iv needles because my veins are awful. The nurses understood and got me on the 1st stick (this has never happened). The staff allowed me to select my own music for the procedure lol.

I was greeted wonderfully by Melissa when I checked in. She was very helpful and extremely pleasant to talk to. She informed me of everything completely and got me back fast. (Wait time was minimal)
I saw Maxine when I got back to the room. She was very helpful as well and explained everything well. I saw Dr. Villareal who was extremely concerned about my condition as well. He was very thorough and worked out a “treatment plan” in order to get me some relief. Everyone I came in contact with was helpful and kind. I felt like I was heard. I was in a plane crash, suffered multiple injuries and

I am writing this post because I want to share my experience at this clinic. I scheduled my appointment a couple of months ago to receive this procedure. My procedure was supposed to be on Monday. They called me on Friday to tell me that my appointment was canceled. This is unsatisfactory. It is not good customer service.

Had a hard time with clinic, I had to go to for a work physical 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️.. had to get clearance letter from Doctor office and they faxed wrong letter . Thankfully after lots of calls and getting things done at clinic correctly.. Courtney L. was able to get everything done for so I can get cleared for my job on the 3rd!! 😁 YAY!! SHE IS AWESOME!!! HAVE A HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE 🎉 🍾🍾🎊

No one does it better than Doc Tisdall and his team. Old time professionalism you rarely see today. Doc Tisdall will discuss everything you need to know and explain potential options, if appropriate. He has chronic back issues also, so he knows where your coming from. My highest regard.

Had been waiting for an opening for a back injection for months. Finally got an appointment and waited for weeks. Then the morning of the appointment I got a call telling me that the staff were running late and for me to show up later. I said it was B.S. and go ahead and cancel the appointment.
I had to ask for a sick day (wasted) , I had not ate anything since the previous afternoon, I had things to do afterwards and somebody else had to change their schedule to drive me there and pick me up. But yet they didn't take all those extra things into consideration which is unprofessional. I'm probably

I loved Dr. Tristan Lai, but the front office staff is awful. They screwed up my husband's appointment on four separate occasions and his prescription four separate times. Then I have a $270 bill because they, "Never collected a co-pay," or so the office claims, and I had to do the calling to find out what was going on. To this day no one can tell me, and no one can correctly return my phone calls or send me a bill. The staff at the front just doesn't pay attention, and it gets extremely frustrating.
