While visiting Blue Ridge from Florida for our wedding anniversary the hatch on our SUV was damaged after my husband backed it into a tree. The hatch could not be closed and we thought we would have to wait days for a repair and need to rent a car. Jake Jones was able to do a quick temporary repair that allowed us to enjoy the rest of our trip and drive our car back home to be fixed. The charge for this service was very reasonable. Thanks for saving our trip!

The customer service from the person answering the phone call to the towing was awesome! We were stranded on a mountain road with our 2 kids and it was getting dark. Jamie came out and towed not only our SUV but another truck that had tried helping us. He was professional, courteous and friendly…can’t thank you enough!

I got 3 estimates before settling on Car Crafters. Their quote was right in line with the insurance adjuster's estimate. They are completely professional.
My Honda 2001 CRV was rear ended, rear door and lift window destroyed. This is the best vehicle I have ever owned (170,000 miles and runs perfect and burns no oil) and I did not want to buy another car. The whole car is not worth much, but I want to keep this one. I explained this to Car Crafters and they said they would work with me.
They met all of their time estimates. The whole car looked better than it has in years when I picked it

Cant cut a straight line at the end of the day i brought my 2018 frontier to have the fenders trimmed and the images speak for themselves line isn't straight and i had yo remold drivers side fender because it was half done and was still scrubing on wheel well so i had to finish mold i wish i had took pictures of that before i fixed it..i had dropped off my truck the day before to get the fenders trimmed and when i walked in at 430pm they where just now doing it at the end of the day and apparently at 440pm they dont care u can tell the drivers side was done last because it was half done dude acted

The best customer service I have ever seen. Jamie and Amber came to our rescue at 11pm Sunday night. My truck had quit and would not start. On top of that I was towing a travel trailer! They came out and put the truck on the flat bed and towed the trailer at the same time. All at a reasonable price. Thanks Jamie for delivering the trailer to us as well. Highly recommended with no reservations.

We had a deer/car collision, fortunately no one was hurt and car was drivable. Due to the high volume of collisions in the area, we had to wait for about 6 weeks to get on the schedule, and they maintained that opening - thankfully.

They may do quality work, i have no clue as i elected not to go with them. received a quote for bodywork and upon dropping off the car i was informed due to the type of paint they would be charging roughly 200 additionally AFTER they had physically seen the car and saw the damage and type of paint they would have to match in their quote. i will be taking my business elsewhere, even if it costs more than what car crafters would have wound up costing. Will definitely encourage folks to seek out other shops. If I get a quote that’s what i expect to pay. There were no surprises that could arise

Amazing service! My husband and I were visiting Blue Ridge from Florida and rented a cabin. The driveway was very steep, and I wrongly thought I could make it up the driveway in my car. Unfortunately I was very wrong and got stuck. We called and Jamie was out to help us in less than 20 minutes. He pulled my car out and even offered to back it down the driveway for me. We were also very pleased with the price! Hopefully I won't be needing a tow again but if I do I know who to call! Thanks again, Jamie!

These folks are amazing! It was the middle of deer season, and I knew it may be a while before anyone would even able to really look at my car. But they had it ready to go before any other shop had told me they would even be able to look at it! Customer service was great. Highly recommend to anyone and everyone!
