Services
A 1971 graduate of the Johns Hopkins University, Mr. Jacobs established his law practice in New Jersey after earning his J.D. degree from Rutgers University School of Law in 1978. Before entering private practice, he served as Law Secretary to three New Jersey Superior Court judges. Mr. Jacobs is a member of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania bars, as well as the Mercer County Bar Association.
