The J. A. Centanni Law Firm works with clients who have been designated as executors or appointed as administrators and need assistance with gathering the assets of the estate, paying the debts of the estate, and distributing the assets to the beneficiaries in accordance with the will or the laws of intestate succession.
The J. A. Centanni Law Firm works with clients to assist with the preparation of assets for their estate at death through the use of wills, trusts, insurance policies, and other mechanisms. This preparation includes, but is not limited to taking actions that will minimize taxes and distribute assets to the appropriate heirs.
The J. A. Centanni works with clients who need assistance in purchasing or selling a residential or commercial property. Real estate transactions aren't as simple as one might believe and multiple steps are involved such as: 1) Attorney review, 2) Inspection contingency, 3) Mortgage contingency, 4) Title, and 5) Transfer of title.

Jillian was such a huge help to me when I was purchasing my house. She was extremely responsive and timely, she helped ensure that the legal steps of the process were done promptly and did not delay the process. I was introduced to Jillian when I was opening my business and needed some help getting it set up. Her attention to detail was great and I instantly felt comfortable with her. A month later we required her services again when we had an unexpected death in the family. Her patience with explaining how to execute an estate was amazing.
