They're not very impartial, they have adverse policies against people who want to work with prior BCI with more than 7 years ago but they discriminate against the same. I've seen other people with no BCI record and they'll end up being very unreliable on the same week, sometimes on the very same day. While someone with a prior BCI can do a better job than the one that has no record perhaps but with no character or responsibility. Unreal. 🤔
