Founded in 2003 by Faye Silverman and Patricia Herron, Silverman McGovern Staffing is a Woman Owned and Operated, WBENC certified staffing agency. After Wearing many hats here at Silverman McGovern Staffing and essentially "growing up" and growing into the family business, I am now the Director of Business Development and working on growing the Silverman McGovern footprint. I love the challenge of developing new markets, new accounts, and verticals and expanding beyond our "contingent" markets.

I had an awesome experience with this staffing agency! Upon my interview for a position I had applied for through indeed they were able to recommend a position that was a much better match for me. This worked out well because this role led to an offer of full-time employment! They're always in constant contact with you regarding any changes and always available to answer any questions. This was my first time working for a staffing agency as a contractor and I loved it, if you're even contemplating it, give it a go!

Faye and her staff are amazing. It was a very easy process finding a job with Faye after I lost my job due to COVID-19. Faye helped me find a job where I was hired as a temp and am now working for full time. I'm very grateful for all the help, motivation and confidence Faye has given me.
