David Bromley, of the Chicago Sign Group, built a beautiful sign for our condominium complex. I was impressed with the amount of time he spent in meetings with our Board members and with his detailed drawings of the prospective sign. Above all, I learned a lot about the process of how commercial signs are constructed. Thanks to their hard work, our Uber and Lyft drivers won't be getting lost anymore!

Chicago Sign Group does very shoddy work and extremely unprofessional. The management company I work for hired them to install our building sign on both sides of our canopy. On one side of the building the sign does not light up due to faulty wiring. When they installed the lettering they cracked one of the letters. We've contacted them on several occasions by email and phone. They promised to come out but never showed. They never call to reschedule or explain why they did not show the day scheduled. When I contracted my $250,000.00 remodel at my spa I KNEW I wanted Chicago Sign Group to be in charge of my signage. At our first meeting, I explained my vision for indoor and outdoor signage and CSG proceeded to provide artwork + drawings that exceeded my expectations. They designed my window signage as a frosted vinyl repeatative logo pattern to still allow the natural lighting in from outdoors - very important in creating a welcoming atmosphere and when applying professional makeup. David came on installation day to make sure we were happy with how they turned out and the guys installing the signs were polite and meticulous.
