Arrived 3 hours late to pick up a friend of mine for testing. When we called dispatch, the employee couldn't be more dismissive; didn't seem to care a bit. At a minimum, could say 'we understand your concern/frustration.' WE had to call them when the professional thing to do would be to contact the family and let them know to anticipate such a significantly late puckup.

There is no reason to be blaring sirens after 9pm!! There is not enough traffic to warrant it. The state police, the sheriff deputies, and even the Elyria PD have enough courtesy to turn their sirens off, especially in populated areas that late at night. Your overheads will suffice throughout the night. I am also going to put in a complaint with the city for some type of noise ordinance.

If I could would give no stars. Can't give ETA?! So what do expect a non weightbearing patient to do? How do you expect them to eat, use the facilities etc when they are waiting at a doctor's office that is not equipped to feed or help a non weight bearing patient 7se the facilities. When you call to ask ETA, the lack of compassion was astonishing.

I would give it zero if I could! Worst experience ever. I've been in the healthcare field for 25 years and never have I witnessed such blatent disregard for rules. The lack of compassion and empathy was absent. As a mother being transferred from a local hospital to Cleveland Clinic pediatric hospital downtown with a sick child my anxiety level was sky high. The way we were treated was unacceptable and I pray nobody else has to deal with this paramedic who definitely needs a change of careers. Rude, reckless driving, and cold. Awful! Beware. I'm sure they aren't all bad but this guy was a nightmare

I will be forever grateful for the quick response of the ambulance and fire dept. when I had to call for my minor child. They were at my house before I even got off the phone with 911.

I owe my life to the angels of life care. If it wasn't for their fast response, and knowledge I would not be able to write this.
My love and gratitude.
Thank you
