Jay might be good for servicing YOUR equipment, but do not buy any refurbished equipment from him. A year ago I purchased a refurbished PC from Micronet for a good price. The fact that it came with Windows 10 pro and MS Office 2019 was a plus. Unfortunately both of these software turned out to be hacked versions. After using the PC for a few months, the MS Office was the first to announce that I needed to enter the proper license key. I returned to Micronet and told Jay that he needed to fix it. He was polite and tried to explain that I must have acquired some malware that is causing my problems

A couple of months ago, I had dropped my out-of-warranty Dell laptop 2 days after which it's screen went bust. It would have cheaper to buy a new laptop than have Dell replace it. I called a few local computer repair shops and got vague responses about whether they could replace the screen, when they could do it and how much it could cost.
