Very unprofessional owner Rosalie and another employee who is white, fat and short claiming to be the unhelpful good for nothing manager. You can tell the employees are treated poorly and if you go more than once, you will never find the same person working. They quit a lot. Rosalie is extremely rude, controlling, and mean. I bought a groupon which did NOT state that the price was depending on length of hair. I bought a package, arrived, I told Rosalie what I was there for, she took me in, I showed the groupon and AFTER she started washing my hair, she said it was too long and she'd charge $50

So I can’t review the hair cut because I didn’t get one…but am glad I didn’t.
I actually popped in to get a gift card for my moms birthday and was greeted by a older black women from the back of the store. I said I wanted to buy a gift card after she asked “how can I help you” and she told me to “sit and wait for 20min or come back tomorrow. lol why would I do that? So I went to Old World Salon and bought a gift card there. lol some people are so rude.

Amazing location to pick up my WISH orders! The employee's that work there are the best always welcoming and very helpful! I am treated like a part of the family there! If it where not for the ladies working there, I would not be able to get away from my exhausting world. Just. Love. Rosalee! I moved 40 miles away 3 years ago and have tried to find someone located near me that does as good as Rosalee...and forget it! It aint worth it no more....I will drive the 40 miles! She is amazing...she knows how to color hair so that it looks natural when it grows in and not obvious!

I went to pick up an order from Wish of which I did not have the option to ship to home. The hispanic lady at the front desk was insisting that I sign in and I told her I did not want to since they were not providing me any service and I was simply picking up items ordered that I already paid for. Fortunately another worker came and assisted me without any further issues. I will not go there for any spa treatment, poor customer service if this is who you have representing you front desk, first point of contact.

Shady place....Be very careful here. I certainly will never do business with them and would suggest that neither do you. I came in to pick up some items I had order through Wish. After the older lady in the front scanned the phone I was then told that she couldn't find them and if I could return the following day. Indeed the following day when returning she then stated that the internet was down therefore wouldn't be able to assist.
