State Farm assigned me William and I'm glad they did! I was looking for a life insurance plan and he answered all the questions my wife and I had. He talked us through many options and was patient with us. We had lots of questions and we never felt rushed. After talking about all the options, he gave us his opinion and he was never pushy about his recommendation. William is easy to get a hold of through text or email. I received exceptional service from William Vu himself! The agent here is nice and very approachable. I bought my family member here that was nervous at first, but he explained their insurance policy very thoroughly. It was very fortunate, he is bilingual because I was expecting that I would have had to translate everything.
