Mr. Boring comes from a background that taught him to respect people who could run a business. His father owned his own business, one grandfather ran a country general store, and the other grandfather returned to run his own ranch in North Carolina after being a cowboy "out West" (Montana and Wyoming)In his over 40 years of law practice he has worked with both small businesses and multinational corporations.
Mr. Boring began practice with a major real estate firm and has always done a lot of real estate (land) work. He has handled thousands of real estate closings in his over 40 years of practice. We handle not only homes, but also land purchases, subdivision work for developers, investment property, and commercial transactions.
In his over 40 years of practice Mr. Boring has drawn hundreds of Wills and has handled many estates. We also do declaration of desire for a natural death (living wills), powers of attorney, and health care powers of attorney. Our firm understands that handling an estate can be a very difficult experience for a family; it is seldom easy to deal with money and property at such an emotional and sensitive time.
Ms. Boring finished first in her Family Law Practice class at the University of North Carolina School of Law. While still in school, she worked under the supervision of a licensed attorney to represent individuals in court seeking domestic violence restraining orders, and spent numerous hours volunteering with projects that provided information and legal assistance to low income individuals with family law questions.

Don’t recommend!! The secretary Susanne I believe is her name has a disgusting attitude! She would not let me in when I was there to accompany my father in law who does not speak very well English! She shut the door in my face, she also locked my husband out of the whole BUILDING! When attorney Boring let me in she literally threw a fit and shut herself into her office. Definitely won’t be coming back and recommending this place anymore! So unprofessional.
