Thomas H. Sim, an attorney and CPA, is a founding partner of The Law Firm of Sim, Parvathaneni & Brown, PLLC. Attorney Thomas Sim was born in Seoul, South Korea. He is fluent in Korean and English. He received a BBA in accounting from the University of Texas at Austin.
Since obtaining his accounting degree from the University of Texas, he has worked for several years for international accounting firms such as Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young LLP.He has over 20 years of experience in accounting and tax fields. He is also a Certified Public Accountant that provides service to closely held businesses and individual tax clients across the country.

I was browsing the internet in search of Family Law attorneys and after a tough search, I ended up calling Mr. Chand (referred by someone) on a weekend. He was very humble and patient in listening to what all I said and carefully answered every question I had. Chand Parvathaneni is an excellent Attorney.He will answer your questions and will provide you all help needed..He is best in DFW to deal with GC,HIB cases and answering RFE’s. My case was very difficult and other lawyers couldn’t handle it. Chand helped me get my Green card case approved. I have been their client for more than 5 years now. They charge reasonable fees. I highly recommended him for any immigration issues.

I interviewed with some other firms in the area and found that Mr. Chand was very friendly and personable. As my case progressed I realized I made the best choice going with him, he was always very responsive and was even prepared for potential courses of actions beforehand.
