Sarah Gold Nutrition is a virtual private practice and nutrition concierge service. Using the principles of intuitive eating, I help you ditch diets and set in place healthy habits so you can free up brain space to go live your best life. I meet you wherever you are - whether you're completely new to this concept or have done some of the work to stop dieting but need help along your journey - and support you through the whole process.
From recipe development and blog or social media content to brand partnerships, I can help you reach your goals. Let's work together to cut the (nutrition) confusion and help consumers live their best lives. I will create unique recipes using your brand or product along with high res, styled photos.
Whether you're a local running group, a fitness studio owner, or a local school athletic program, I offer customized seminars on fueling for your best performance. I've worked with athletes of all experience levels and abilities - from beginner athletes just trying to get the most out of their workout class to marathoners aiming to reach a new PR.

I had a great experience working with Sarah. She is a kind, professional, non-judgmental and understanding human being. She also also a great listener! Meeting with Sarah always felt like a safe, judgment free zone. When you are talking to her you can tell that she really cares.
I met with Sarah virtually for 6 months and she changed the way I think about food. I now put a lot more thought into what I'm eating, and why I'm eating it.

I first met Sarah through a local running group and always loved her views on nutrition and health: no depravation or starvation. So, when I switched careers and went from a M-F office job to working as an EMT and working out of a truck all day, I knew just who to contact about making sure I could eat well without a fridge or microwave at hand. Sarah worked me with 100% virtually after I became a new mom and helped me build great skills and habits. Sarah is super easy to work with, non-judgmental, very well-informed, and a great listener. I highly recommend her!

I have really enjoyed my time working with Sarah. The depth and breadth of her knowledge and expertise is evident in every discussion and recommendation she makes. I had an immediate goal of trying to get to more consistent energy levels throughout my day and she made several straightforward recommendations that helped me immediately.

Sarah was and has been amazing to work with. I reached out to her initially because I needed help with fueling myself properly for big days in the mountains, and she helped me with that and so much more. She changed the way I think about food completely! From the beginning she was attentive and completely trustworthy, and you can tell that she really cares about her clients. Sarah Gold RD is a wealth of knowledge about nutrition and she has a lot of great ideas about how to eat healthy when you're living a busy life on-the-go. She helped me do a full "pantry clean-out and stock," which included what to keep in bulk and on-hand in the pantry, fridge, and freezer. I learned about new ingredients liked hulled millet, and got new ideas for using old ingredients like oat meal, which I never knew I could make into a savory dinner in a pinch!
