Nothing more to say than they are the absolute BEST!!! We had a difficult situation in trying to get the roof replaced because we had an offer on the house. John and the crew came out, replaced the roof, for a very reasonable price and we were able to complete the sale on time. Can't say enough good things about this company!

So I had concerns for mold in my attic and was researching what to do. I saw adding a solar fan to your attic can help keep mold away and save on my electric bill.
I called modtek for an estimate after an unanswered email was never responded to. Austin called me and apologized for the unanswered response. We spoke and negotiated a good fair price.
The weather hadn't cooperative for weeks but today it finally was a good day to put in a fan. I work overnights and asked Austin to make sure not to wake me up.
I woke up and texted Austin since I didn't hear anyone come if everything

Modtech has no respect for the people of our neighborhood they bought a lot in a residential neighborhood and use it as
a storage yard. Apparently they don't have anywhere to store there equipment so with no respect of others they park there equipment in a Residential lot with no reguards for county rules and Ordinances. So they don't play by the rules Beware of contractors who do not go by the rules of are county.

When getting quotes from roofers in the area, ModTek stood out. The owner and his son came out and gave a professional presentation while bringing samples and product information. We had a more complicated project than normal roofs as we had a continual leak that was "Repaired" twice by another company but still continued to leak. Modtek was there to ensure they removed and repaired everything correctly and even tossed in a new chimney cap at cost. We were assigned a project manager "April" from the start and were able to call her anytime to ask questions. She was amazing. We found that calling
