At 16 years old, Joe Scozzari began roofing in 1976 in Brooklyn, New York. He opened his own company in 1984. Deciding to move south, he successfully sold his client base and moved to Sebastian, Florida where he later founded Scozzari Roofing Services with his lovely wife Julie. We call them as we see them.

Roof inspections involve a close and detailed examination. We preform test samples and document any damage we find. Then we meet with your insurance adjuster to review the damage, where we provide a cost estimate, detailed measurements, and satellite imagery of your home. I had 2 shingles that needed to be replaced per my homeowners insurance carrier. There was no other damage or leaks. Just 2 shingles that had blown off at some point in time. Due to it being a simple fix I had trouble finding a company that would take the job. I eventually came across Scozzari Roof Services and spoke with the owner Joe. Within 2 hours Mike not only came out to do an assessment but also completed the job and had the repair finished. Mike even took pictures of the repair so I could send it to my homeowners insurance. Joe and his crew just finished installing a metal roof on my house. The job was done timely and in a professional manner. His work crew were respectful, efficient and worked hard, especially in the heat of August. They did an excellent job of protecting my plants and palms and cleaned up around my house when the work was done. I highly recommend Roofing Services.
