First off, I want to say that Cindy in the office is amazing!! There were some issues with the insurance company and she worked very hard to get coverage taken care of. The installer was very prompt in getting my windshield replaced which was great since I had to take my car to the dealership which is almost 3 hours from my house. I have already highly recommended Complete Glass to my family members that live in the Portland area.

You don't find customer service this good many places anymore. Prompt, knowledgeable, polite, efficient. They scheduled me in just as soon as possible, came to my house, worked well with my car dealer and my insurance, made sure all the electronics worked after install. Wow. I'm a very happy customer.

Had a windshield replacement done. Best price that I found in the area and excellent customer service by the staff. Had the replacement scheduled for a Tuesday and they were going to come out to me to replace it. The day ended up being rainy and I had to reschedule for the next Tuesday. The staff offered to have me come out to their shop instead so the work wouldn't get delayed and also offered me a van for the day incase I needed to get around while the work was being done on my vehicle. Dropped my vehicle off at 8am and got it back by 12:30pm. Quick and friendly service!

We had them install a windshield in our 2016 Land Rover. Everything was good until we noticed that the windshield slide down a little bit. We contacted them and stated our concern. The owner of the company actually called and started accusing me of not being home when install occurred. Then proceeded how it was our fault that the windshield looks the way it does. Poor customer service and absolutely not a problem solving company especially coming from the owner who I thought would help us. 🤔

I own an auto glass company (Glas Tek) out of Phoenix AZ and needed help with a warranty issue in an area that we do not service. The vehicle was located at a dealer in Oregon. I spoke to the service adviser at the dealer who reported the issue and they told me that they use Complete Glass for all their auto glass needs. Although, I was hesitant of calling their preferred shop because I wanted an unbiased opinion, I called anyways. I spoke to Yvonne (shop manager) and was pleasantly pleased with her response. She understood my position and assured me that they would do a thorough investigation

Previously my Volvo dealer recommended another firm they have used for about 25 years.
This firm was rude and basically said to me go to another company as they could not handle my work. They never once returned my call as promised by them. They also were upset at how my insurance company would not accede to their request. From the way they treated me, I guess the insurance company got the same treatment from them. A bit of honey goes a long way. So, I called a respected auto body shop and they recommended

I just had my windshield replaced here. They did awesome work and the owner Yvonne was so kind and helpful. I had to bring my vehicle to them because of the rain and she even lent me a vehicle so that I had a way home and to take care of my kids. I called in to get a quote on a windshield and see when in could be done. They were amazing to work with and I got a quote within minutes. I just had to give a little info on the type of truck and that's it. There prices were very reasonable so we scheduled a time and Chris came to my work today to replace it. I just called this place for an estimate and they were totally rude over the phone. I just had my car broken into last night so my day isn't the best and the service people were totally rude over the phone. Got their info from my neighborhood automotive place in Vancouver, WA. Needed a company willing to come to me. The receptionist asked the most thorough questions, was friendly and honest about the process to fix my rock chips.
On day of expected repair, I received a call asking if they could push the repair from a.m. to p.m. as they were swamped with work. I was very upset yet remained calm. A tech was at my house 15 minutes later, did exceptional service and was polite. Called Complete Glass at 8 in the morning, technician arrived by 9:45 AM, replaced my window in 30 minutes, and was courteous the entire time. He also gave me some good industrial solvent to remove the duct tape residue from where I had covered up the broken car window. Will definitely recommend and use next time I have a need!

Just last week I got a pretty nasty chip in my windshield that started spreading quite fast. I called around and googled (and yelped) a lot of place for quotes, until I have finally found Complete Glass services.

This company is amazing! I got a crack in my windshield so I called them and asked for a quote and they were $200 cheaper than my insurance deductable! So they came to my house for no extra charge and replace my windshield. So over 2 months later I was driving to work and I got a chip in my brand new windshield. I called them up to see how much it would be to fix it and they said it would be free! They are coming to my work right now to fix it! They are life savers.
