Kiel stopped by the office to take a look at what I thought was a leaking windshield but after taking a look, he determined the seal on the windshield was fine and that it could be the brake light on the cab and even gave me some free poly-foam to help seal it...all for free! So far, so good on the leak. Kiel will do his best to keep the charges to a minimum. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for help with a windshield.

My windshield spider webbed on my Audi. I sort of panicked because I was taking the car on a fairly long road trip in two days. I called Clear Image, the came out the next day and replaced it at my home. Reasonable price, excellent workmanship. I'd definitely go to them again for my glass needs.

I have to agree with everyone here. Kiel is awesome! He has great response, and availability. This guy knows his stuff and excels. They come to your office, place of work, home or wherever you are and replace the glass at a fraction of usually what the insurers guys are telling you. Phenomenal service! Kiel was awesome and very friendly. My old windshield was off and the new one was on in less than an hour! If the sun reflecting on the cracks of your windshield is blinding you or obstructing your view. I encourage you to give Kiel a call. I had a broken driver side window when I first got to Oregon. Shopped around for a bit and Clear Image was the most reasonable by far (I’m a Scrooge)!!! Called them up and Kiel answered the phone. Thanks to safelite turning a small chip into a 2 foot CRACK in my windshield, I had to come on Yelp to get a few quotes. I requested quotes from about 10 or 12 of the glass replacement companies on the site. I got pretty immediate responses from all companies and after letting them know that I needed a replacement windshield for my Mazda 3 I was given pretty clear quotes. Everything from Mount Hood glass to little shops were charging me easily $300 or more for a replacement windshield. They all tried to give me some kind of BS pitch about other companies are cheaper because they give warped glass

He came out at the time promised, and unfortunately I didn't know my own car and it had rain sensors. Kiel was totally fine with it, didn't seem to mind at all and even said he'll come back out the next day at the same time. So he did, same time, next day. This company is by far the best for fixing or replacing your windshield. First and foremost, they care about quality and attention to detail...to me, this is the most important quality. Secondly, they stand behind their work and accept blame if they screw up (Jiffy Lube Lake Grove tried to fill my chip, cracked my windshield about 8 inches and said "sorry..." didn't cover anything or comp my oil change...NEVER have them repair your rock chips!!!!). Kiel is a great guy, very professional and competent, is obviously experienced. He communicates well and is a very personable an easy to talk to. He is quick with his work and explains the process well. When something else was wrong with my window regulator he was also able to tell me what I needed to do to fix it myself.
