A piece from the underside of my car was dangling down and dragging on the ground, and they fixed it in less than 10 minutes completely free of charge. Extremely nice, knowledgeable and helpful staff! Left my vehicle off and they honored their warranty and it was done by the time I needed it by( it was a minor part-new gas cap fixed it)!
As a single mom, I couldn't figure out how to get my vehicle back to the auto shop to pickup my vehicle. After explaining the situation to the service repair shop, they kindly offered to bring it TO me. It was incredibly helpful as I do not have any other drive in the home. Thank you for making my life easier!

I can’t say enough good things about the team at Honest One. I came in to see if they could look at my car which had a scraping sound in the front under carriage. The guys found a minor issue and had it fixed for me within 30 minutes- at no charge! I definitely recommend this shop!

My car hadn't been running properly for a while but when all of my indicator lights came on I decided it was time to take it in. They quickly diagnosed the problems. I love that they send a breakdown of the diagnostics with pictures. They completed the needed services quickly, with great communication the entire time. Pricing might be a little on the high side but well worth it to be confident the work is done properly.

We have been using Honest-1 in Eagan for years and just took my son's new to him (used) vehicle in for the first time for a check-engine light. Upon further inspection, the used SUV needed work done on the suspension, axle, brakes, and the air-intake. These are all safety concerns and we were very grateful that they were brought to our attention! Love the digital inspection so you can actually see what needs done, and you know that it is legit work and you aren't being 'sold" services that aren't actually needed. Love that these guys are "honest" as the name goes and they are always professional

I would trust these guys anytime, and would be more than willing to come back. I live about 25 miles south of here, but today I had a flat tire using Google Maps to take me to the recycling center to drop off some chemicals. I got a flat about a mile away from them, and used Maps to get me here.
I am partially disabled and unable to change my own flat. They changed my flat for my spare tire, and did not charge me. I was more than willing to pay, and happy they could help me. I would recommend their services to anyone.

Had awesome experience/customer service with Dominic and Tom. They arranged my appointment to diagnose and repair my front brakes last week. The technician did an amazing job on the repair as well but I lost my paperwork so I forgot his name. All of my questions were meant with prompt and respectful answers and not to mention they got truck in the same day!!! 10/10 will be coming to Honest 1 and only Honest 1 from here on out!

I came to this auto repair shop to get a pre-sale inspection on a Subaru Forester I was interested in. Even though certain events causes both I and the seller to be around 33 minutes late to our appointment, they were patient and still got us in and checked the car in a timely manner. As for the result of the checkup, they gave a detailed list of things that were wrong with the car and potential costs of repair. All in all the car just wasn’t worth it and they helped me to avoid a bad purchase. Also, the customer service is great!

I was in desperate need of a tire replacement and it was just at closing time and they helped me out, that may not sound like much but as for me at the time, it was great because I really needed that done that day. I am going tomorrow to have four tires put on my car and I know I will receive excellent service.

I have brought my 2002 Toyota Corolla here 2 twice in the last month! I had my back breaks replaced, an oil change and my tires rotated and aligned. They have good costumer service, fair pricing and do a really good job about explaining what is wrong with your car before they proceed to do anything. Would highly recommend, but hope not to be back there soon lol

This was my first time bringing my car to H1. I was having transmission problems. They took care of getting my car towed, provided a complimentary loaner car while they worked on finding out the cause of the problem, and did not charge for the time it took to find the ultimate cause of the problem. Very satisfied with the service and cost or repair.

Took my 2004 Saturn in for an oil change. I had a coupon for $19.99. They told me they were unable to honor the coupon price because my car need a "special" oil filter, so they charged me $10 extra.
Found a place closer to my home (Car Care) that DID NOT require additional costs for the filter I needed AND honored their own coupon for $19.99!
Furthermore, I've asked "Honest" (ha!) 1 Auto Care to cease sending flyers to my address. After confirming my address to them, they just hung up in my face...and they still send flyers to my home! They only took off my name

I'd agree with the other reviews that describe this place as sketchy. i still get eMails from them every month that remind me to make sure no ome else falls victim to this particular location. I have had two experiences with them.
The first experience was an electrical problem. The battery wouldn't hold a charge. The first time, they charged the battery, told me nothing was wrong. A couple weeks later, when the battery was dead again I returned. This time, they told me I needed a new battery and offered to sell me one for $200 (ouch!). The battery I had was still under warranty

Finding that honest repair place is tough... not sure this is it. My first experience was good, my second was not.
1. First visit, Exhaust system replaced. Seemed fair price (not cheap, but not gouging).
2. Second visit was sketchy. They replaced a part, with the part cost at $264.00. After i got home, i called the local auto parts stores, and the same part was $79.00 my cost (meaning after the store markup). Even the ford dealership was less. So their part was over 3x what i could buy the part for. I asked where they bought their parts and if i could see the invoice (didnt get either).

Dishonest would be a better name. I brought my car in for a rattle noise and was told it was in the motor but it was fine to drive. Would be $1000 to fix so I decided to live with it. 2 days later the engine froze up and now I need a new engine. They said I threw a rod which was false. The engine needs to be replaced but not because of a rod. Now it will be much more then the $1K it could have been. They tried to tell me I ruined the motor by changing the oil at 5K instead of 3K. Not buying it! We won't be back.

Honest 1 has done quite a bit of work for me over the years but lately I have not been completely satisfied with their diagnosis and attention to detail. Three months ago they replaced a frost plug on the engine block and didn't add the correct amount of coolant. Later they said there must have been an "air pocket" in the line. They should have known that the car was short on coolant and warned me to bring it back to refill to the correct amount. I ended up adding 1 1/2 gallons of coolant.
Today the front desk man told me I needed a "flush"; that my coolant was looking

We thought we'd try Honest 1 Auto because we had a really old car that we knew didn't have much life left in it but we didn't want to spend a fortune at other auto service centers who wanted to make everything brand new. We only wanted to fix the things that needed fixing for the car to last a little longer and for safety issues. Honest 1 Auto told us exactly what was safe and what wasn't and approximately how much longer before the more expensive repairs were going to go out on us. Comparing the cost of another Auto service center Honest 1 Auto saved us about $800.00 of paying
