This is my second appliance / visit from Val. Both times he fixed the appliance correctly and quickly. More importantly to me, he was here, identified the problem, ordered the replacement part, and installed it before three other repairing orgs could even get someone here to look at it. Dryer would not heat up and dry the towels. Called Siberia and Val came out the next day. He was prompt and courteous, knew what the problem was and fixed it all within a half hour. Would not hesitate to call him again and to recommend his company to my family and friends. Great job

Val talked to me right away about my dishwasher issue and was straight-forward and helpful. He was able to come out shortly after my call and within 15 minutes of arriving had located a faulty wire connection on my dishwasher. Siberia's prices are extremely fair, especially given the prompt service. More than anything, his professionalism and skill in addressing this issue for me inspires a lot of confidence in the future should I need another appliance repair. I recommend them.

I called them because my stove top wouldn't stop flickering. The person that answered recommended that I turn the fuse off and turn it back on. It worked and so I cancelled my app with them. It was a great experience that he cares more about making sure I wAs taken care of vs. Making an extra buck. I highly recommend them.

I don't normally do reviews, but with the amazing service from Val of Siberia HVAC and Appliance Repair, I felt that it is well earned. I placed a service request through the website on Monday (for a Tuesday appointment) , and not even an hour had passed before I received a phone call from Val. I explained the issue to him, and he was ready to come out that very day, since I was heading out to work, it would have to wait until Tuesday. I arrived at a little after 10am and by 11am the repair was complete. He explained everything that needed to be done and how much and how long it will take. I cannot

Valdek got back to me very fast with my first inquiry and any questions I had. He fixed our dishwasher, fridge and stove professionally and quickly. He told me which parts needed to be replaced and what work he was doing, which I really appreciated. He also worked to find solutions (even when they weren't that easy). 10/10 would recommend, Valdek is awesome and the repairs are great.

Val fixed my KitchenAid microwave after another company couldn't. He's honest, patient, skilled and fair priced (including lowest diagnostic fee in the business). Did a great job resolving issues with an under counter ice machine. Took four visits due to resolving multiple issues (I thought there were multiple problems before we started). He walked me through each step and what he thought the issues were. Had me order parts so I knew the costs, answered texts and emails and showed up when he said he would. Not a lot more you can ask for. An honest guy who work hard and shows up when he says he will!

Siberia Appliance Repair were excellent in repairing my LG Dryer DLGX7188RM. They have a low diagnostic fee which is nice. Overall, the repair wasn't done in one day since the control board needed to be send out for repair. Very impressed with their troubleshooting. The pricing was reasonable. In the end, the dryer was fix and working well. Highly recommend.

Do you know when you talk to someone and you can tell right away they really know what they are talking about? This is Val. Prompt. Professional. Polite. I know now why his reviews were so good! Would definitely recommend him. Our repair was not straightforward. we had someone else look at it and thought they fixed it but we still smelled gas. That's nothing to mess around with. My washer works again!
Fantastic service. Valdek called and said he was running early, and could be at my place to fix my washer in 15 minutes. His estimate was spot on because he was ringing my doorbell 15 minutes later. He arrived a full 30 minutes before the window of time he'd estimated, which for me was great.
My washer's spin cycle hasn't been working for several days. It'll fill up with water but then just stop. I thought it might be the knob or something, but apparently it was an issue with the latch. He showed me and then fixed it. From arrival to departure it was

My refrigerator had stopped dispensing water, Val responded within minutes, provided a quote and showed up the next day to fix it. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem - a faulty water valve - bought the correct part and came back later the same day to install it. I appreciated the fact that he came in wearing a mask and gloves.
