Critical: Responsiveness
Got a referral to talk to “Bobby” to get my appliance repaired. Tried to get a hold of the guy 3-4 times and no reply. Very unprofessional. Look somewhere else for your repair needs.

Bobby never showed up for our scheduled appt to look at our oven. I had an appt scheduled and texted the night before to confirm the time then texted and called day of and never heard back from Bobby

Top notch service! The best! Bobby is a wonderful human being and was there in no time to repair my parents heater. Great service and reasonable not like most in that industry. I will be using them from now on! Thank you Second City Appliance Repair!

Bobby did a great job with all of our appliance repairs. I highly recommend him. He is very knowledgeable and honest. He even does hvac installs and maintenance. The cost of the repairs were a lot cheaper than what I estimated. Best of all he shows up on time.
