Receiving mail and packages at your home or business can be challenging (and potentially risky) for a number of reasons. Identity thieves can find a treasure-trove of information about you by stealing letters directly from your home mailbox.

UPS, FedEx, DHL and the United States Postal Service often leave packages on your porch or doorstep - making it easy for thieves to steal them - package theft like this is one of the fastest-growing crimes in the US.How many times have you been waiting for an important letter or package and find out the driver did not deliver it because he needed your signature - but you were at work or out shopping?
When you need to pay a bill, but checks aren't accepted, a money order may be the solution. Post Box Plus offers this trusted alternative to checks. What are they? Money orders are a secure payment method. They are convenient, affordable, and widely accepted. Money orders are a good way to send an alternative to cash that never expires.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE..............OMG!!!

Went to drop off some packages this morning and the first thing the lady says is how many do you have? I didn't even get to answer her and she tells me I have to go to the post office. I asked why and she couldn't give me an answer she just said again I had to go to the post office. I only had 4 packages. There was no line and no one else there. Not sure what and why that happened.

I told her it's sad because I'm trying to support my neighborhood businesses and she turns me away. I don't usually go here because honestly

Was a great place
Now it is difficult to get a legitimate signature on Western Union transaction receipts from the elderly female behind the counter
The elderly female behind the counter says she has 6 signatures does western union approve of this?

Just go to USPS down the street. I wanted to ship a small package less than 16ounces and she would not let me ship first class like USPS would. The lady behind the counter insisted I ship ground which came out to 8$...Never going here again.

Why is this post office drop off charging to drop off boxes when I am sure they are being subsidized by our USA government.? .50 per box when I have already paid to ship it to sender? I refused and walked out! This needs to be reported to officials.

The owners are helpful and service is awesome . They always email me when I have package to pick up. This is a small business , family business. You just have to communicate with them to get better service .

Four star is good. I pick up my package at Tuesday afternoon(4pm) and I am the only one picking up. So is fast. The boss are pretty nice. She wish me to have a nice day. What can you expect more from a person doing the same thing everyday. (Picking up package have no additional fee charge)

The worker/owner was rude when she told me there was a charge to drop off a pre-paid UPS package. I think giving them 1 star was too generous! I will never give them any business and hopefully encourage others to look elsewhere.

This place is odd. There's only one worker so the wait was annoying. I went to get passport photos and the lady took me to the back and she told me to look into the camera twice, I thought I had been doing that (it was very dark in the back) so I asked where to look exactly and she ignored my question, took the picture and charged me $13!!!! For 2 tiny 2×2 pictures. The price is ridiculous here. The only reason why I didn't give it one star is because she wasn't very rude to me (apart from ignoring my question).

TL;DR: money hungry, rude, ridiculous. WISH THERE WAS LOWER THAN ONE STAR!

At first I was going to pay for a ridiculous box 3 something or 4 something to send a box router. When I took out my card she said "debt 5 dollars minimum" then I said "it's credit" where she said "credit is a 10 dollar minimum". At that point I was so enraged I just burst and said just run it! Where I got my reply "50 cent charge" .....

In a sense the minimum did not matter since it went through, she couldn't gotten anyone else to 15 dollars for something just to fill

Lady behind counter was rude when I chose not to pay her "marked up price" for shipping (her own words).

Then would not accept the prepaid package I had brought with me (told me to take it to the post office myself).

She told me USPS didn't pick up at their location. Seems impossible since USPS serves the P.O. boxes that they rent out. Plus I've never heard of a shipping center that didn't get USPS service. Come on.

Do not drop off a package here with stamps. Due to security issues, the post office will send it back to you. I found out the hard way.
