I'm Dwayne and I recently bought The Pack and Ship Store from the previous owner and I plan on growing the business for years to come. I have varied experience in the retail sector having managed a large grocery store for much of my career and working in the retail packing and shipping stores for a number of years.

I have visited this store several times. They are always spot on with my needs. They have wonderful unique items for sale, such as beautiful Disney cups, greeting cards for a quarter, old-school lunchboxes, beautiful gloves, and more. They sell lottery tickets also. Today I brought in a very large bag of Christmas gifts that I needed mailed to my family. They promptly packed them up for me in a box, they selected the most effective and affordable shipping source for me, and handed me a receipt. The packages will be with my family tomorrow! This store has THE BEST customer service in the SG Valley. The owner Dwayne has greatly improved the atmosphere and appearance of the store. Not only does he pack and ship, you can fax, rent a uhaul, and buy a nice gift! He’s a notary too

I went in there for Notary services. The owner happened to be there and he was very welcoming. The store was clean and well organized and very spacious. The customer service was excellent. Dwayne was extremely efficient in completing my 20 notarizations that I needed. He was friendly and willing and cheerful. I would certainly go there again. I recommend this place very highly.

Posted hours of operation till 5 pm raced to get there closed early wasted my time and energy and couldnt get my package. Called next day and questioned this was basically told whats the big deal we're busy if youd like to come get it today do so and hung up on me

I honestly love the customer service here. It's service you won't get anywhere else and always so helpful and informative on helping to save as much as possible on shipping and packing. If you need to send a package or notary stop here it's in Covina.

This was my go to store until today, I am use to all the smiley, helpful faces of the previous owner but ever since they sold it - the customer service had gone way down!
They use to help me tape certain items when i bring it in for FREE now with just a slight hole they said it will cost me $1 ?!? REalllyyyy??

Best pack and ship place around! 5 Stars. Great customer service and good prices! I've been to The Pack and Ship Store twice to ship a couple packages, one large and one small and the people their were very helpful. After coming here, I will no longer pack or ship my stuff at the Postal Office, UPS, or FexEx (They're too expensive, and the customer service doesn't compare to The Pack and Ship Store).
