Dr Hannon and all the staff are amazing! I first saw him in July 2018 with pain and he said I’d eventually need a hip replacement but I still had 50% cartilage and could try PT. I did reasonably well for over 2 years and in August of 2020 when it was down to zero. I didn’t hesitate to schedule surgery for October! It was an excellent experience from start to finish — and Maddy and Shannon were always SO helpful!! Dr Hannon is kind, compassionate and funny too! My son and I have seen Dr Hannon for 3 different issues and every time I’m amazed by the experience that I had in his office.
The whole staff is nice and friendly specially the Dr himself. My phone calls and e-mails were responded promptly. My disability forms were filled on time without any fuss. They are always on time for their appointments.
His diagnosis were accurate every time and he never suggested any redundant procedure!

Dr. Hannon takes care of my knees and shoulders and has been my orthopedic surgeon since 2016. My left knee replacement is a success and I was walking within 15 hours post surgery, I am over 55. I highly recommend Dr Hannon for his surgical skills and a reassuring bedside (office side) manner. Shoulder injections are painful but help the inflammation. I feel very confident in my care under Hannon and staff. And he and is wife, Dr. Mary Hannon, have donated their time and skills to help patients in developing countries.

The staff are very friendly and organized. I had minimal wait time from the moment I walked into the office to the time I was taken back to one of the exam rooms.
The tool that the office uses to have the patient register their information was easy to use. That certainly made my office visit go as smoothly as it did.
The medical assistant was equally friendly, organized and thorough…same goes for the X-Ray tech who took the X-rays of my knee.

Hannon Orthopedics is my safety net of orthopedic well-being. First, all of the office staff is so warm and friendly - and efficient! Everything runs smoothly -- from scheduling appointments, to following up on insurance, to getting MRI reports, to having x-rays done there. And it's such a blessing to have a doctor who you can really trust. Dr. Hannon has provided the absolute best care on numerous occasions for me. He really takes his time evaluating the best course of action and is very patient answering questions. I cannot recommend Hannon Orthopedics highly enough!!

The staff is always relaxed but professional. Phone calls answered by a live staff member or returned quickly. Very little waiting around once in the office. Dr. Hannon (Michael) seems to not want to over-treat. Explains things simply and listens to questions and concerns without interrupting. Came into the appointment having already reviewed my records from the last visit/treatment 8 months ago. I always leave feeling confident that We’ve chosen the best treatment option.
