I have been a funeral director for many years, first licensed in New Jersey in 1973, until moving to Florida where I became licensed in 1980. After working for some of the largest corporate entities, either managing their funeral homes or opening new locations for them, I opened my own crematory in Lake Worth in 1984.
Cremation is becoming increasingly popular, especially amongst the baby boomer generation. There are a variety of forms and information needed in the process of making arrangements for your loved one. Premier Funeral Services and Cremations, Inc. has made it convenient for you to view, print out, and fax or return these forms to make this transition as simple as possible. This Authorization Form authorizes the removal of remains to be transported to Premier Funeral Services and Cremations, Inc.

If I can give 0 starts I would . The girl who works at the funeral home was very rude & unprofessional Would NOT recommend anyone to come here . Imagine losing someone you love dearly and being treated so rude and disrespectful like people are doing you favors and you are not paying . NEVER AGAIN . You can go else where and get to put your loved one to rest peacefully , without the smart remarks & rude responses from the employee!

We were looking for a crematory that would accommodate us as we wanted to do a witnessed cremation. It was my mother in law’s wishes that we witness every part of the cremation, and after going to several funeral homes and talking to many mortuary services in south Florida, we were steered toward Premier Funeral Services. Josh met with us on the day of the scheduled cremation. He was extremely professional and caring, and he walked us through the process in a general way. He had prepared her body so that we were able to have a private viewing and spend time with her for as long as we wanted,
