I called to get some information about genetic testing. Mark returned my call and although I do not live in the area, he took the time and consideration to give me information. He went into detail and I found him to be very knowledgeable. Even though he had nothing to gain, he still took time with me to explain things. He was very patient and well informed. He gave me the information I needed and I appreciate him for that.

I’ve never seen a funeral service treat a grieving family member with such insensitivity and callous behavior. After selling my father’s ashes to someone that was NOT next of kin (illegal by the way), I wasn’t even given an apology but rather was met with “they only got a little bit anyway”, “it’s not like we can ask for it back” and “other than you being mad and taking it out on us what do you want me to do about it?”. I specifically chose this company because I thought the owner was an upstanding person that genuinely cared about people that were going through this sensitive
