What a great, eclectic shop! Reminds me of a bike shop in Central Austin. New bikes, used bikes, parts, supplies, repairs and anything else you may need.
A little off the beaten path but convenient to Kingwood, Porter and New Caney.
We needed a new gel seat to improve my wife's ride and a couple of repair parts. Just what we needed, great service and laid-back friendly folks.
Sprockets has been here 15 years but I just discovered them. I recommend them!

Thanks to Sprockets for getting my bike in and out the same day. Had a bad clacking sound coming from my bottom bracket and was thinking I would need a new bottom bracket. They took it in with other work they were doing and got it done in a couple hours. Best thing is all it needed was the bottom bracket area cleaned I guess some dirt got in when I was riding the other day in the rain. So a lot cheaper then I was expecting.

Update: After the comment from the wife below I received several private messages that were harassing in nature from her regarding this issue. The point is: my son only had to ride the bike for two or so more weeks of school so I only NEEDED done what I asked for. I did not ask for all the extra to be done and I should have been asked before it happened. I was in a tight spot financially bc we were moving and I was only working part time, spending the remainder getting ready for our move yet I was still paying bills, mortgage, etc., and I'm truly a single mom. I do not receive help or child

Accidentally found this place after finding our local bike shop had closed.
Love this place. Small place that gets you in and out quickly. Great, local feel. Family owned and want to help. Been around for 10+ years.
Fixed my sons tire, replaced wore grips and added a kick stand. Much less than I would've had to pay anywhere else.
Returning today to get daughters bike fixed, too.

If you are sick of the big box this is the place to go! They have a great selection of bikes that you will not find anywhere else. The owner takes the time to make the repairs so you know the repairs are safe and what's was needed. Lisa is all about customer service... it's a family owned business that knows how to get things done.

Been a very long standing customer from here. Matthew has always been super knowledgeable about my bikes and has ordered anything that I have asked for. Will forever go here and no where else.
