Outdated inside and showing its age, but towels, bed, and surfaces were clean. Our room had a kitchenette, which was nice. The house keeper and front desk actually asked if there was anything they could do to improve. Could be very nice if they invested some money into updates. But for a place to rest your head, it will do.

I've been enjoying my stay at this facility family that runs it almost feels like relatives kind very accommodating always friendly and the the housekeeping staff it's right on top of their game especially Ms Teresa the head person she makes sure everybody is happy and and asks if there's anything you need anyway you couldn't help but having a good visit here and a nice swimming pool hot tub sauna highly recommend you won't be sorry

Motel honored my request for a first floor room in a quiet area away from pool and parking. Room was a bit dated - expected for a place built in the 50s or 60s - but had new carpeting and was very clean. The partition walls must be solid block because I never heard a thing from my two neighboring rooms or from upstairs - very quiet. Didn’t use any of the amenities but they seemed clean and in good order. Even saw the gardener out tidying the landscaping so obviously the owners take care of the place which is appreciated. Some of these older places are almost abandoned but this one is in great

This is a very affordanle place, which at first seems below par. HOWEVER, it has several surprising extras. For one, an indoor room with a hot tub. For another, room 201 is directly in front of the sundeck. A sundeck, pretty unusual for a small motel! Also the room had really kitschy late 60s/early 70s(?) durable furniture. The bathroom, thankfully was much newer.
The only drawback was the sundeck had good lighting. Like, really good lighting that stayed on all night.

Standard motel with a location that can't be beat for me. I fly back and forth from NY to Tarpon Springs multiple times a year and this is the only motel I stay in since discovering it. I'm not bothered by it being outdated as all I need is a place to sleep, wash and store my things. Everyone is friendly and the rooms are clean.

We are not usually fans of motel style buildings, but we were very comfortable staying at this one. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the facilities were well kept. Keep in mind, this is a motel; when you open your door, the hot air will come in, you will need to walk outside to get around. I do wish there was a microwave in our standard room, but the front desk was able to help us out.

My husband and I stayed the night on 2/24/16. This Inn is dirty and needs a good cleaning. The handle on the shower was broken and very hard to turn. You could probably cut yourself if not careful when turning it. The toilet and sink were dirty. The king bed was surprisingly ok. Sheets I was not sure about. We would not recommend or return to this motel.
