Guardian Permission for child under 14 - Required if guardian will not be accompanying the child to his/her appointment. Children 14 and older can sign for themselves.

This is the worst place to get glasses. I have insurance that pays for the exams and money off the frames I choose.
I had my exam and went to pay. The bill was $ 450.OO. They said that they had called my insurance company and that is the price they quoted. Upon calling my insurance they said that no one had called. Also my glasses had plastic lenses, not glass.

A+++ experience, always takes just the right amount of time with each patient, which is a minute or 30 for me . Very friendly helpful and caring. I would recommend to anyone even with children or children with certain special blessings . Thank you for always finding a way to figure out how to do just what we need .

Love the atmosphere. Very friendly, caring. They paid attention to my needs, no pressure and looked for ways to cut back on prices to get best deal. I Never leave there without a smile. Best eye doctor I've ever had and im 55 and have been wearing glasses since 2nd grade. By far most helpful caring people. Love you guys ❤💙

It's incredibly rare to find a facility that both provides exceptional service and accepts our insurance plan. They are thorough in everything they do, down to the smallest details, and are as friendly as they are professional. They were absolutely wonderful with my 4-year-old and me, and when I bring my other two children in next week, I know their eyes will be in good hands!
