Three Sons Property Management is a family-owned and operated real estate and property management company based in Albuquerque, NM. We started in property management in 2003 and began our involvement in real estate in 2015. We combine our family-focused approach with the latest technology to provide efficient, friendly and professional services.
FIRST: After finding a unit you want and can afford, come to the office to Receive Keys for a more thorough look-over. SECOND: Once you've decided on a unit, all that's needed to hold it is a Security Deposit. THIRD: While we work to ready your new apartment, you MUST contact PNM and NM Gas Company to get the utilities turned on in your name.

Yeah definitely avoid. I'm sure having a STD is more comfortable than living in a 3 son's property. More like 3 gradeschool sons. Nothing will be fixed, red tagged heater, broken windows not fixed. Roaches be ready to spray for bugs and do repairs yourself. It's like paying for living in a house but living in a apartment. Fun right? No.

Three Sons Property Management did an incredible job managing my rental. My tenants and rental were well taken care of. In eight years I never had or received a single complaint. Scammers and would never recommend, homeless break in issues and building is falling apart ive done quite a few repairs and will be moving soon especially since they have been adding charges on my bill left and right not to mention all the roof leaks i made note of multiple times (I fixed by the way) or the fridge not working and bedbug invasions

They have done nothing, but do the same in return. Over 3 years now I believe. I wouldn't want to rent from any other company if I absolutely don't have to in the future.
