We love Affordable Realty Services. We have used them several times over the years and they are always very professional. I have made some really unfortunate mistakes, but choosing Affordable Realty Services was one of the best decisions I've ever made. I cannot begin to express how grateful I am that we chose Joe to help us sell our home. Joe and his wife, Beverly, make a phenomenal team. Very good agency to list your home with. Joe Schifani sat down with us to explain all aspects of listing your property, market analysis, expectations, fees, and entire process to get our home sold. Their agency is never pushy or impatient in the process. We listed our home at the time slightly over market as we went above & beyond preparing the home for sale with brand new carpet & many details that mist homeowners do not do! We were patient and sold the home! Joe Schifani advised us on offers and were very pleased after closing. We will use Affordable Realty again on our next home we are selling

I've been in the real estate develop business since 1994. I started as a general contractor building customs home throughout Albuquerque. Currently I have switched to buying homes and rehabbing them.
I made an offer to Affordable Realty on one of their listed homes in Four Hills. I didn't get a confirmation nor any response.

The idea of a flat-fee, "full service" real estate agent sounded like a great idea. Unfortunately, hiring Affordable Realty ended up being an expensive mistake. What Joe does not tell you is that most realtors will avoid flat fee listings. After hiring an actual agent, we immediately received 1000% more viewing requests and our home sold in less than 3 weeks for very close to list price. Joe gladly takes your $1000, posts a few low quality photos and rides off knowing that he can do nothing and is already paid. Please don't make the same mistake that we did!
