CarterMacKay was formed in 1970 in Great Neck, NY. Our charter was (and still is) the placement of sales, sales management, sales support, marketing and scientific professionals within several industries; most notably healthcare, information technology and business to business. Bait and switch with this company. I responded to a job posting they had posted to work FOR Carter and Mackay as a recruiter. I set an interview about a week in advance. I get to the interview and they say to me that they are sorry but they filled the position 1 week ago, but they would like to meet with me anyways to place me at a new position for one of there clients. Text book case of bait and switch.
