The best in workman comp cases! Without Mr. David's knowledge and persistent actions, my family and I would have been left in the dark by workmans comp. Where do I start with my experience with David Smith. Let me start by saying that I don’t think there’s a case he can’t win. He made sure I understood and was comfortable with each step by taking the time to answer my upteen million questions and treating every single one like they were the first.
Mr. David is honest, upfront and asked that you be the same which goes a very long way in my book. Keeping the old traditions of a man or womans' word and a hand shake are still needed.
