Jomeokee Park offers beautiful campsites with various amenities and an incredible view of Pilot Mountain to end your day of exploration fireside with other adventurers. Jomeokee Campground is the perfect basecamp for all the adventures the Yadkin Valley has to offer.

The Yadkin Valley always has events going on, and we want you to know about them Check back here for links to what's happening in the area while you're staying at Jomeokee. I rarely take the time to write a review but will occasionally when it’s great or really bad. This experience was great and I can’t speak highly enough of the owner Tom. It’s a gorgeous property and wonderful sites throughout the campground. If your in the area you won’t be disappointed, so do your self a favor and go visit Tom and tell him Alvie says hello.

We love Jomeokee !!! I have been taking my kids tent camping there for more than 10 years...we try for October every year. The view is fantastic and the "Moderate" level hiking on Pilot Mountain fits us perfectly while there. This year, we added a day in Mount Airy for the Autumn Leaf Festival...another gem. See you again soon !!! Scott, Gina, Emily and Allen.

Jomeokee Campground is a hidden gem! It is one of our favorite campgrounds to get away, relax and just enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The view of Pilot Mountain is amazing. There are wide open fields that just add to the views. Tom is one of the nicest hosts and will check in to see if you need anything and engage in wonderful conversation. The bathhouse is clean with hot showers and the mountain/premium sites have electric/water. Take a short drive to hike the trails at Pilot Mountain or just drive to the top to see the views. Hanging Rock is also nearby with great hiking trails. This is the

What a wonderful little campground to get away to .the owner was so nice and friendly .absolutely had a ball while there. The mud run was fun to watch, fishing in the pond was great, will definitely be going again. The view of pilot knob is spectacular, especially when the sun is going down. Hated to see the weekend end so quickly. the deluxe campsites are up on top of the hill while we stayed in the lower campsites (those are more for smaller units and tent campers )but ours fit just fine ,we have a 26 ft tt .nice and shady spot to be when it gets hot. Will be on our to return to list again.

Had a great time at Jomeokee. Beautiful property with a perfect view of Pilot Mountain in the distance. Quiet campground without the fancy bells and whistles just the way i like it. A lot of awesome plans in the works for this campground (outdoor activities) and i am sure to return many more times! Shout out to Bryce who is a local guide that can set you up for a great day of climbing nearby if thats your jam. Happy camping

While traveling home from South Carolina, we were looking for a place to stop for the night to get some restful sleep before tackling the second leg of our trip. I called around to several campgrounds in the area of Mt. Airy, all were booked full due to it being a holiday weekend. I called Jomeokee and was originally told they were also full for those with a camper. Just a few seconds later, the owner called back and said he was mistaken and had 1 spot on the top loop open he could put us up in for the night. It was a full hook up pull through site. It was perfect for us. The owner was very welcoming

A lovely little campground! Some sites are in an open field, some under a wonderful canopy of trees. I came without a reservation and the owner was very accommodating. He greeted me and helped me to find a suitable site, then had me complete the registration online. There are 2 friendly dogs running around the property. Bathrooms are pretty standard for a campground. Me and my dog stayed just one night, as we were just passing through, but I would gladly stay there again if I was in the area.

Jomeokee Campground is a "good for the soul" experience, and a place that just made our favorite finds list. The campground has a laid-back, peaceful atmosphere, good bones, good vibes and interesting history which you can feel while strolling the grounds.
Rolling Piedmont topography, green grassy fields, red soils, mature woods, lovely views...tucked away yet conveniently located to nearby State Parks.
The bonus gem is the owner, Tom Pace---excellent campground host. Tom is welcoming, accommodating and super-interesting to chat with. Give him a call and book a campsite! We'll be going back!
