The Association was established in 1980 and is the "best -kept secret paradise" in the Keys. This place has gone down hill with officially allowing dogs. Many owners don't pick up after them. There are dogs on the beach randomly throughout the day, which is not allowed. I've seen a dog or two at the pool area, which is also not allowed. Some dogs barking at all hours. Every dog is suppose to be registered and carry a badge saying so. I have never seen a dog with one. I saw a boat parked on a trailer overnight next to the F building. Boats anchored just 30 feet off the shoreline with illegal concrete slabs residents have installed over the years. BBQs on the beach during long weekends.

Love it... It is a Fantastic place to Live and Vacation... Unfortunately it is not the place to go if you have a boat that you would like on premises if you are vacationing... Unless you want to dock it at Founders Park or another close Marina... Otherwise it is an awesome place to stay... It has 24hr Security on premises, leaving you feel safe and sound at all times while staying there...
There is a lovely Beach Area and a Pool and Clubhouse to lounge around and enjoy the warm, sunny weather... To set up reservations reach just about any Realtor in The Upper Keys and they will arrange everything
