Here photographing a proposal - perfect light and setting. Key Colony Point is one of the best maintained condo resort communities. And i’ve worked at hundreds in the Keys! Someone really takes pride in their work! It’s idyllically situated - you will watch sunsets and birds and boats on busy waterway. Never a dull moment. And if the on property beach, dock and pool aren’t enough the local beaches are nearby!

Took a large portion of my deposit without cause. When I asked for clarification, they replied with photos confirming the cleanliness of the unit and photos from a unit that wasn’t ours that showed one bed with pillows stacked and blankets a little messy. I left the condo clean, stripping sheets off all beds and washing all towels, cleaning kitchen and running the dishwasher and several other things above and beyond what was asked. Really surprising. Our family (30 of us!) have been coming here for over a decade & have loved every minute of it! The grounds are beautiful & well-kept. The condos have great views & are very comfortable. Some of them are definitely more "retro" than others so be sure you look at photos of the individual units before you book if you care about such things. They're all owned by different individuals who allow us, as guests, to rent out their vacation homes so don't expect them to all look alike. ;) The pool is great, too! We decided to take a vacation in Marathon Key and stay at Key Colony Point and two other condos next door. The view is beautiful and the condo we stayed at had plenty of room! Very clean and kept up. BUT I have never been treated so horribly in my life by the folks who stay/live here. We were asked to leave two of the pools since we were not staying in the rooms there (although the other friends we came with were) and we were asked not to have alcohol (although it wasn't in a glass bottle) and with a group of 11 (almost all above the age of 50) all want to spend our time together, that's what we
