Got kicked out randomly. They claimed they didn’t have to give me a reason. This would be better suited as a 55+ campground considering it’s run but older women who thrive off of drama and running down the people their little campground clique don’t like. Unprofessional, wouldn’t recommend for long term stay or for pets.

This is a really nice, attractive, clean park. Plenty of space between coaches. Grass borders, full hook ups. Would definitely stay again. Nice quiet safe area near the Columbia river. There is a park between the river and RV park. We paid $40. They only take cash or check. And we stayed in a class A 40 foot motorhome with a tow. The pull through site was just long enough for us with the tow still attached.

The park was very nicely laid out and very comfortable. We came in after hours and the office was still unlocked and our instructions were on the counter there's bathrooms inside, very nice bathrooms and washers and dryers and movies that you can rent or borrow and books. If we ever come this way again we will stay there again I highly recommend it.!

This is a very well-maintained park with helpful and friendly staff. It’s not a resort so there are no swimming pools and the other amenities that resorts offer. It has a fairly large laundry room it is kept immaculate. Just a very short walk to the Columbia river and close to larger town such as Pasco and Kennewick Washington.

This park is great. All neighbors are respectful and keep the noise to a minimum. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Great amenities nice clean park. Could use slightly more room in the spots to enjoy full use of awnings but everything else makes up for this. Highly recommend this park if you need a quick weekend get away or a full time place to live.
Pull through spots are for 40+ only and do cost more but they also have the best view towards the river

This place surprised us. Absolutely meticulous. Easy to pull in our 40 ft motorhome. Level pad with beautiful green grass everywhere. Janet was so helpful and accommodating. Restrooms , showers, and laundry are sparkling clean. You can see the river from from sites. Best of all there is a beautiful green park right across the street so Fido has lots of room to run and play. I will always stop here. I read all the reviews and agree completely with them. I think the two negative ones must have been from someone causing a problem because Janet is so upbeat and positive but she keeps things in order

We were driving through and needed a place to stay for the evening and you had availability so we decided to camp there for the night. Pros: Quiet location, nice view Cons: No privacy, no restrooms except for in the office. Understandably, it's a RV resort so we should have our own facilities to use. .. But sometimes it's nice to have an alternative.

One of the nicer RV parks I have experienced. The manager is very sweet and helpful. It is right next to the city park, ball fields, play equipment and boat launch! So nice to see such a beautiful park in this dry area, lovely for walking and going to the amazing Columbia River.
You won't hear trains or truck traffic here! Highly recommend going off the beaten path to enjoy this nice RV park.
They have really good internet too, if that is important to you. I know it is for me!
