Services
The Tri-Cities, Washington area, also known as "The Heart of Washington Wine Country", will never leave you with a shortage of recreation or hospitality to enjoy. Our centrally located RV resort, provides quick access to the local vacation amenities, which allows you to soak up the local flavor of this diverse region.
A credit card authorization is required to book your site. All reservations are subject to a $10 cancellation fee. Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to your arrival date to receive a refund. If notice of cancellation is not made at least 14 days prior to your arrival, your credit card will be charged the amount of your 1st night booking.
Welcome to the Columbia Sun RV Resort Event Center - the place where memories are made. Our fun and inviting facility has more than enough amenities to keep your guests entertained. In fact, they may not want to leave! The Event Center can host a variety of events, including rallies, family reunions, birthday parties, anniversaries, barbecues, club/group/business meetings, and much more!
All RVs and vehicles must be in good operating condition, good appearance and have a current license. All RVs must be self contained with holding tanks. Clotheslines, hanging clothes, refrigerators, freezers and indoor furniture are not permitted outside. Bikes, motorbikes, skateboards, roller blades & skates: Not permitted in buildings or on sidewalks.

We were only going to stay a couple of days but ended staying 6 days. We really enjoyed staying there. Nice areas to walk your dogs. Employees were awesome. There was always someone around if you needed help. Laundry was nice, washer and dryers in excellent shape. Park was very clean and kept up. Very quiet and peaceful. We would highly recommend this park. We will definitely stay there again.

We fled Portland on a super rainy weekend to get some sun and this lovely park did not disappoint! We had a gorgeous sunset the first night, our two young girls enjoyed riding bikes on the paved roads (with a low 7mph speed limit), playing on the playground and rolling down the huge grassy hill by our site. We explored Columbia Park in Kennewick a bit and had a blast at the Playground of Dreams (not to be missed for those with kids)!! We didn't use them but there are very nice private family bathrooms with showers in several locations on the property. We will be back again and hope to swim when

Wow!!! This place is truly a resort! Want to feel like you are on a luxury cruise, Camp here! The amenities here are like nothing I’ve seen at other RV parks, private restrooms with showers, large laundry rooms with both coin and pay by phone machines, a game room with air hockey, foosball, pool table and more… and a gym that would give Planet Fitness a run for its money, oh wait- this is a FREE perk to staying here! The pool and hot tub are small, but lovely and the grounds itself remind me of a beautiful oasis, appropriate given the high desert environment here. Honestly, I don’t want to

First time here. Stayed five nights, could've easily stay another week! Great location, welcoming staff, easy check in, grounds are extremely neat and tidy. Paved and gravel sites available, many sites able to accomodate 45'ers. Dish TV is offered, but the internet is w-e-a-k....need for a booster. Didn't use much of the amentities, but our stay was comfortable and we'll be returning in the spring! Thank you ALL at Columbia Sun RV Resort.

This resort is BEAUTIFUL! And so clean! Everyone including other guests were so friendly! We stopped there for the night and wish we could have stayed a week! We will be back with a better planned trip and stay for longer next time, my girls LOVED it! There is a pool, lawn games galore, a playground, dog areas, the list goes on! It was awesome!!

Everything about this park deserves a 5/5! Spacious spots, pool was the perfect temperature and entertainment for our family kept our kids from saying " we're bored". Bathroom/Shower/laundry room were spotless! We are so happy to have found this RV resort and will be recommending to all of our family and friends.

This is the cleanest and beautiful park that we have stayed in. The spaces are HUGE and you have a beautiful lawn to enjoy.
I just need to preface that this park has the nicest, caring people working here that we have ever dealt with! We were here for 6 months, when we had a fire that totaled our Fifth wheel. They were our guardian angels and made this tragedy a bit easier to deal with. They called us family…and we truly felt it. Enjoy your stay, it a definite 10 out of 10!
